We love it at the first sight!

We had been looking for an house for a while and decided to put an offer on one which we picked from several candidates. Right before we went to sign some paperwork, we found this one and said "this is exactly what we dreamed for". Then we changed idea and got this unit immediately.

Located in Valencia, California, about 40 miles to LA downtown or Santa Monica beach, this is a very nice new community, with pasoes, pools, spas, basketball & tennis courts available for residents. As a former model home, our house has a large surrounding yard, with professional landscape, built-in BBQ, patio, gazebo and atrium. It overlooks river valley and Santa Susana Mountains from back yard.
